I chose this Company as I saw how they performed very professional work on a friends house. My neighbors tree fell in my house and I contacted Quality First Roofing LLC. I already knew Andy from the other job and when I called he first of all picked up the phone right away and came by my house within the hour to inspect the damage. He arranged the tree service to remove the tree and debris within hours and the moment the tree was removed he got the tarp installed promptly. He dealt with the insurance from the very first beginning to end and my damage was solved the way it should. All my questions where always answered and Andy never left a call unanswered. Once all paperwork insurance issues and inspection where out of the way they ordered the material and had a repair within 4 weeks setup. Actually it was a new roof replacement and I was thrilled when I was called to see they offered to start a week earlier as previously negotiated. Once all was done I was happy to see the professionalism of the installers and the final result. Very satisfied with this Company and how things are Managed. I would recommend them anytime!!
